Baggage policies
Prohibited Items: Bicycles are not accepted on the bus. Weapons, alcohol,drugs,and hazardous materials are forbidden.

Luggage Policy
(1) small personal item, (1) carry-on luggage, and (1) check-in luggage is included with each ticket.
- Liability: LAxpresShuttle is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen luggage, or items left behind on the shuttle.
- Refunds: Standard fares are non-refundable. Only flex tickets are refundable minus the $10 charge.
- Transfers: Tickets can be transferred to another date up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Purchases: Tickets must be bought ahead of time if online we recommend 24 hours before departure, or an hour before departure if seating is available, please call to check availability, walk ups are also welcome purchasing will be done through Driver.
- Weight & Size Limits: Bags cannot exceed 75 lbs (34 kg) or 62 total inches (length + height + width)
- Oversized Fees: Items over 62 inches face additional fees (typically $30).
- Late to Shuttle: You surrender your set and there will be no refunds we are a time-based company.
